This early 2016, I have inspiration to painting the winter scene with cardinal birds. Since I enjoy watching the Cardinal birds every winter.

I am watercolor artist . I was born in Jakarta, Indonesia. I have a degree in Architecture, specializing in interior decorating. After moving to the USA I took up watercolor painting and paints full time. I live in Sayre, PA with my husband. I had tried many mediums, but I love working in watercolor because the brushstroke, the water and the color flowing on the paper creates exciting painting. As you may notice, I frequently use color to give my images a certain novel liveliness that attract the eye and gives the work its own place of prominence outside and apart from the subject of the work. A beautiful creation Melly. It reminds me of a leafless tree decorated with hundreds of robins all facing west - their red breasts were lit up by the setting sun. It was an amazing sight. Love that your lovely watercolor reminds me of that special moment. l/f

Your Artwork is Wonderful! Beautiful!! Lately I have been seeing red Cardinals here in Texas when I am out doing some Photography. It actually feels like it is the same bird following me. It flutters out of view before I can take a Photograph of it. I love the concept that it is someone in Heaven trying to get my attention. I see 26 birds total but one looks like it is hiding making 27 in all. I see 17 red Cardinals.
