This painting is the last series of Tanah Lot Temple.
The scene of painting are in low tide.This painting is my favorite, that you can see the detail of texture, and represent all detail of Tanah Lot temple by it self. I still use dry and wet brush to make rock looks. And experiment concerning color to create the artistic styles.
The Original Watercolor painting is painted on acid free paper 140 lb.
I am watercolor artist . I was born in Jakarta, Indonesia. I have a degree in Architecture, specializing in interior decorating. After moving to the USA I took up watercolor painting and paints full time. I live in Sayre, PA with my husband. I had tried many mediums, but I love working in watercolor because the brushstroke, the water and the color flowing on the paper creates exciting painting. As you may notice, I frequently use color to give my images a certain novel liveliness that attract the eye and gives the work its own place of prominence outside and apart from the subject of the work.
